Save Money on Flights:  Often moving your time frame by one day can make a big difference in flight costs.  If you have to be back by a certain date, consider adding a day or 2 to the front end of your stay to potentially lower your fares.  I have had guests thank me for this suggestion probably more than any other.  Because on several occasions our guests were able to add to their vacation time and still lower their over-all cost.  Guests have spoken highly of the following airlines regarding price: Jet Blue, Sun Country & Spirit.  For pricing via the online brokers I have found orbitz.com to usually have the lowest prices.  Good luck!  Tim Miller

How do I Book?

Important Rate Info:


*  Please add $195 one time cleaning/laundering/processing fee to any stay to arrive at the complete total. Nothing else needs to be added to the rates to arrive at your complete total.

*  Any quote you received via email already includes the $195 fee.

*  3 night minimum stay please.

*  Nightly Standard rates are Monday-Thursday nights. Nightly Prime are Friday-Sunday nights.

*  For online reservations, the rates shown will be charged or the price you were quoted via email, whichever is less.  

*  To book online, click on “Book Online at the top right of any page on the site.

*  Stays that include Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years are sold as full weeks only.  

*  Stays that include Memorial day must be 5 nights minimum.

*  For each rental: A $150 refundable security deposit is charged at the time the final balance is due.  Assuming there is no damage, the $150 credit is processed 3 business days after departure.
