How to Book Info & FAQ’s

Check-In Time: 4pm  Check-Out time: 11am

Accommodating early check-ins or late check outs.

Often times the biggest part of a family’s vacation budget is flight costs.  The time of day you travel can often change the cost per ticket, and that can add up quickly.

On the other hand, sometimes folks pay more to get the flight time they want so they don’t have to wait around for hours before check in time.

To help make your decision making a little easier in this regard, and hopefully set your mind at ease a bit, I’ll explain how we work the potentiality of having an early flight in (or late flight out).

Early Flights into Cancun:

Let’s say you have an early flight in.  There are two possibilities in this case, I’ll give you the worst of the two first.

Early In Possibility 1 - worst case:  Let’s say the day you arrive early I have another party departing the same day.  In this case we can’t get into the condo to begin the cleaning process until 11am check out time.  Anytime after 12 noon you can drop off your luggage to the condo you will be staying in.  This is a real nice feature and has been very well received by our guests. Possibility 1 - Recommendation:  I highly recommend that you pack your bathing suite in a special area of your luggage that is easily accessible.  Then when you arrive to the resort, change in the public facilities.  Once your set, then take your luggage up to the condo.  Just because you arrive before check in time does not mean you can’t use the resort pool, beach , and other facilities.

Early In Possibility 2 - even better:  Let’s say the day you arrive early I do not have another party departing the same day. In this case, every effort will be made to allow you to check in anytime after 11am.  Please keep in mind that if you see a departure let’s say a day before you will be arriving, it’s possible that party is looking for a late check out.  Bottom line is if we don’t have a same day check out, you have a fair chance that you will be able to fully occupy the condo anytime after 11am.  And if the property has been vacant for 2 or more days prior to your arrival, you have a great chance that that you will be able to fully occupy the condo anytime after 11am.

Late Flights out of Cancun:

Let’s say you have a late flight out of Cancun.  There are two possibilities in this case, I’ll give you the worst of the two first.

Late Out Possibility 1 - worst case:  Let’s say the day you are leaving Cancun you have a late flight out.  Let’s say I also have another party arriving the same day.  In this case please have your luggage neatly packed and placed in the entry area of the condo.  You can leave your luggage there in the entry while you go out and enjoy your day.  Please depart the condo, less your luggage, by 11am.  It is important that you do return by 3pm to retrieve your luggage.

Late Out Possibility 2 - even better:  Let’s say the day you need a late check out I do not have another party arriving the same day.  In this case, every effort will be made to allow you to check out anytime before 4pm.   Please keep in mind that if you see an arrival let’s say a day after you depart, it’s possible that party is looking for an early check in.  Bottom line is if we don’t have a same day arrival, you have a fair chance that you will be able to fully occupy the condo until 4pm.

SDC - Same Day Change-over

What is an SDC?:  It simply means we have one party departing and another party arriving on the same day.

SDC Rules

For

Early Arrivals/Late Flights Out

1)  It’s important you understand you cannot drop off your bags prior to 12noon.  Or if you are departing late, you cannot come back for your luggage after 3pm.

2)  Please place your luggage neatly in the entry area of the condo and please DO NOT ask the cleaning people if you can change, shower, or do anything other than drop off your bags neatly in the entry area.

3)  Please Do keep an eye on the availability calendar.  You will not be notified of bookings that could effect your ability to check in early or depart late.  The only exception would be if you are looking for a late check out, and an SDC booking is made AFTER you have arrived to Cancun, you will be notified via email of this booking.

Is there an extra charge for this?  No, none of the possibilities above cost more money.

What if we have an early flight in AND a late flight out, do the same rules still apply?  Yes.

Saludos!

Airport Transfers:

Although I don’t provide airport transfers, I have done the research and legwork to allow guests to easily book their transfers online, and to do so at the lowest price possible.  This saves you the time for looking around for pricing and wondering who is reliable out there and who isn’t.

I found the most competitive company in Cancun to be Feralter.  They have proven to me that their customer service is strong as our guests have been happy with them for some time now.  In November of 2010 I sat down with the owner of Feralter, along with several of his top staff and web designer.  I wanted to see what could be done to further enhance the service and pricing.

So here is what we came up with.  First, to book the transfer simply go to their web site at www.cancun-transfers.net

If you want to view the pricing available to the general public type in the name of the resort and how many people are coming at the top of the page and click “GO”.  To give you a feel for the pricing, the round trip cost for a group of 8-10 is $70 as of this writing.

It will save you a little money to first make the reservation for the condo.  Because on your e-confirmation/receipt you receive after booking the property, is also a password that will allow you to get even better pricing from the transfer company web site.    Along with the other details on the confirmation, you will also see a password for making your transfers.  The link (same one as shown above) will also be noted.  When you go to their site, to the left you will see “OFFICIAL GROUND TRANSPORTATION OF RESORT CONDOS CANCUN.  Just under this is a box where you type in the password. After you insert the password into the box, a new screen will appear that is not available to the general public.  Your pricing will be less and another option will also become available to you - not offered to the public.

Super Walmart Trip Straight from the Airport from the Transfer Company:

As you may have read at some point, one of the most popular services we offer guests is to have one of my managers in Cancun take a couple people from your group to the Super Walmart.  The savings are substantial, especially if there are several in your group.  There are only convenience stores in the hotel zone.  You now have the option of having the transfer company take you to the Super Walmart directly from the airport.  The cost is the same, $40. The advantage is that your entire group can go which is nice since all can pick up the specific things they like most.  It’s also nice to get this out of the way, especially if you have an early flight in so you’re there before check in time anyway.

Alternatively, the advantage to having my manager in Cancun take one or two from your group is that there is not a clock per se on your shopping time.  Whereas Feralter will allow up to an hour shopping time for the $40, and then it’s $10 for every 15 minutes after that.  Our manager will also help out with the bags when you get back to the resort.  So there are pros and cons to each way, but certainly another nice option to consider.  And one that is only available to our guests.

The trip from the airport to Beach Paradise will take about 20 minutes.

The trip from the airport to Residential Del Mar will take about 25 minutes.

The trip from the airport to BVG Porto Fino will take about 30 minutes.

The trip from the airport to the Walmart is about 25 minutes.

The trip to the Walmart back to the resort is 25-30 minutes.

Cheers!

Cancun Weather:

What’s the best time of year to go to Cancun?

There really isn’t a bad time.  Remember down in Cancun you are in the tropics, it’s a true vacation paradise. Even in the coldest month (January) the average daily highs are in the 80’s, average daily lows overnight are in the high 60’s, it’s nice.  Some may argue that September and October are not good months to go because it’s “rainy season”.  I personally disagree with the notion of these two months not being a good time to go. Because it’s a slower time of year, I’m always in Cancun every year in Sept and or Oct.  I love that time of year.  Maybe I’ve been real lucky, but I’ve had a lot of sunshine every time, often no rain.  My experience has been that when it does rain, it comes down super heavy.  It lasts for an hour or so.  Then the sun comes out and when that happens it is just surreal.  The palm trunks are dark from the water, the leaves are dripping and with the back drop of the tropical sunshine it’s just gorgeous.  You might also notice in the statistics below that although Sept and Oct have the most amount of rain fall, the number of days that it does rain isn’t that far off from the rest of the months.  My opinion is, if I’m in Cancun and it’s going to rain, get it done quickly and give me the sunshine back.  And that’s been my experience in Sept and Oct. The winds are typically calmer, the ocean is more relaxed, and the temperatures are about as good as it gets.  Below are some helpful weather charts.  Below the charts are some helpful service options available to you.

Holds: Placing a Hold on Your Dates

What if I’m ready to book but I’d want to secure my flights first or tie up a couple loose ends with the others that are coming?

You can request a hold for your dates by emailing me: Tim cancun3000@gmail.com

How can I be sure my dates are being held?

You receive a “Hold Confirmation” via email detailing where you would be staying, when you would be arriving and departing, etc., along with when the hold expires.

Does a hold cost anything or require a commitment?

No

How long can you hold my dates?

Holds are very short term, they are only good through the day after the request at 5pm central time.

What if I need a little more time?

You can renew a hold up to 3 times.  So you can actually hold your dates for up to 4 days if needed.  All you have to do to renew a hold is email me the day it is set to expire asking for the hold to be extended.

Do I receive another hold confirmation when I ask for the extension?

Yes, you receive an updated hold confirmation each time you ask for the extension.

Do holds show on the availability calendar?

No, they do not.

If I don’t have a hold, but I decide to book and the calendar shows available, how do I know for certain the dates are available then?

Hover over the “Cancun Vacation Rentals” located at the top of any page on this web site.  In the drop down menu click on the condo you are considering.  Then click on “Rates & Availability”.  To the right of the availability calendar you will see “Pending Holds”.  If it says, “Clear - None at this time” you are good to go.

If if it shows a hold for the dates I want to book, how do I know when the hold will expire?

The expiration date and time is shown also.

What if they extend the hold?  The number of extensions granted is also shown.  3 extensions is the max.  However, holds are often not extended.  I recommend checking back, to see if the hold has been removed or if it has turned into a reservation.

What if it says the hold expires today at 5pm central time but it’s already after 5pm central time?

You would not want to make your booking just yet in that case.  First, check the availability calendar to see if the hold has turned into a reservation.  If it has not, please give it until the next morning to be certain.

So if I have been watching a hold and I see it’s removed and the calendar still shows available, can I book safely then?

Yes, you can.

Holiday Bookings FAQ’s

The holidays that are subject to different booking rules are:

*  Christmas

*  Easter

*  Memorial Day

*  New Years

*  Thanksgiving

Memorial Day:  For a booking that includes Memorial day, there is a 5 night minimum stay.

For All Other Holidays Shown Above:  A full week booking is required.  You don’t necessarily have to stay a full week, but you would be paying for a full week, so it’s best to use as much of that time as possible.

Additional Rule for Christmas and New Years bookings only:

Unlike all other bookings, balances for bookings that include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years day are charged 90 days prior to arrival rather than 60.  There is also an additional deposit of 15% due 120 days prior to arrival.  All deposit monies apply to the total for the rental.

Why is this?

Christmas and New Years week are the most popular weeks of the year in Cancun.  People who frequent Cancun are well aware of this. That’s why it’s not uncommon to be sold out of Christmas, New Years or both several months a head of time.  If a cancellation comes along with less than 90 days prior to arrival time, the odds of re-booking these holidays falls off dramatically, since most have already made their reservations well in advance for these holidays.

Are there any special rules when it comes to booking over Christmas or New Years?

Yes, Christmas &  New Years:  Christmas and New Years are always sold as separate and full weeks or longer.  For a stay that includes Christmas, acceptable departure dates are Dec 26, 27, 28 or 29.  For a stay that includes New Years Eve, acceptable arrival dates are Dec 28, 29, 30 or 31.  Whichever holiday books first sets up what’s available for the other holiday.  You can stay longer than a week if you like. For a week that includes Christmas, additional nights would be on the front end of your stay.  For a stay that includes New Years, additional nights would be on the back end of your stay. The premium holiday rates would apply to the 7 nights.  Additional nights would be at the pro-rated weekly rates for the month you are booking in.  You are welcome to book both Christmas and New Years, however the minimum you would be required to pay for in to do so is 1 week at the Christmas week rate and 1 week at the New Years week rate.  If you received a quote that is outside of the parameters above, that would be why the quote was higher, often times much higher.

What if it is already less than 90 days prior to arrival when I book Christmas or New Years week?

Then 20% is charged as the deposit, and the balance is charged 1 week afterwards.

How to Book:

What’s needed to reserve your dates & how to make your reservation.

The information necessary to make a reservation is similar to what you need when you book a hotel, with the exception that a deposit is also required.  To make a reservation you will be asked for the following 8 pieces of information.  Please note:  An “*” means that the line item is not required at the time of booking, but is required prior to arrival.

1)  Your first and last name (you must be 27 years old or older to make the reservation)

2)  When you are arriving and departing

3)  What condo you are reserving

4)  Credit card number, expiration, & security code (checks are accepted, further details are noted on this page)

5)  Name as it appears on the card

6)  The full bill to address of the credit card

7)  *How many are coming, and the names and ages of each person coming.

8)  *Flight information.  (if people are arriving at different times, the first arrival to Cancun & last departure from Cancun)

How do I provide the information above?

You can either call or book online.  To call, the number is 847-636-2232 (Tim Miller)

To book online, the secure link is: https://www.logiforms.com/formdata/user_forms/25460_7083865/91752/

How do I know if the online form is secure?

On any web page, you can see if the page is encrypted or not by right clicking anywhere in the body of the page.  Then left click on “View Page Info”.  You can also click on the site seal logo to view the security certificate details.

Internet  Explorer Users:  When I go to book online I get a security warning that says something like “Do you want to view only the web page content that was delivered securely?  This web page contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire web page.  Why is that and what do I do?

The credit card information you submit is not only encrypted, it remains in a secure and password protected server. The remaining information you submit will be automatically and immediately emailed to you as part of your acknowledgment when you hit the submit button.  When this message appears in internet explorer, just click “yes”.

What is the amount of the deposit?  20% of the total.  For Christmas or New Years bookings, an additional deposit of 15% is required 120 days prior to arrival.

When is the balance due?  60 days prior to arrival.  For Christmas and New Years bookings the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

What if it is already 60 days prior to arrival?  Then 20% is charged as the deposit, and the balance is charged 1 week afterwards.

Do we receive a receipt, or some sort of confirmation?  Yes, whether you book by phone or online, you receive an e-confirmation/receipt no later than the next business day after making the reservation.  This confirmation will show your confirmation number, when you are arriving and departing, where you are staying, total, deposit, balance, check-in & check-out time, and any special notes if applicable.

How do we get the keys?  The 2nd confirmation has all of this information.  The 2nd and final confirmation will provide you with everything that was on the first confirmation.  And the final confirmation will also detail the following following information:

1)  Paid in full receipt

2)  Wireless inter-net security code

3)  Phone number of the condo

4)  Phone number of the resort

5)  My managers cell number

6)  Emergency phone number

7)  How to dial in Mexico (from a land line, from a US cell, from Mexican cell, etc.)

8)  Any special notes (for example if you expressed interest in going to the Walmart, snorkeling on Mike’s boat, etc.)

9)  Local pizza delivery number

10)  A list of details (some info are rules like no smoking inside the property, others are more informational such as info regarding US cell phone expectations from various service providers)

11)  The confirmation will also tell you that every effort will be made to have my manager in Cancun there to meet you at the resort at the time of your arrival.  This method is preferred.  First, it’s nice to feel welcome and have someone that cares showing you around the condo, how the various electronics and appliances in the unit work, etc.  It will also explain that if my manager is not able to connect with your group for any reason, how to get the keys.  How to get the keys depends on where you are staying.  For example, at some resorts we place the keys in a lock box that is affixed right next to the front door of the condo.  The code is on your confirmation.  At other resorts, we leave the keys at the lobby front desk in your name (the name on the confirmation).

When I have booked condos in the past they always had me sign a contract, isn’t there some sort of contract or short term lease I need to sign?

No, I don’t require a signed contract.  But I do ask that you read all the information that is specific to the condo you are reserving.  There is a lot of information provided for your benefit, so I encourage you to take the time to read the information.  I also encourage you to read the cancellation policy.  (to access, hover your mouse over or click on the “Main Menu” located at the top of any page on the site)

I also noticed you don’t require a security deposit, not that I’m complaining, but why is that?  First, it’s another step that takes valuable time.  Second, and more important, the credit card companies charge us on average approximately 3.5% for all transactions.  This is true of both charges and credits.  So If I charge let’s say a $1,000 deposit, they will charge me 3.5% of the $1,000 charge, AND 3.5% of the $1,000 credit.  That’s $70 per booking.  I pay much less by simply showing respect to others and hoping the show me the same when they stay in one of the condos.  It’s a calculated risk, but one that makes sense.  And there are occasions where I will ask for a deposit.  If the group is younger or if the group is all males, you will probably have me asking for a reasonable security deposit.

The rates on the site show different than what you had quoted me via email.  If I book online, how do I know I will be charged the right amount?

You will be charged either the amount as noted in your email, or the amount as shown on the site, whichever is less.

How will you know when you respond to so many people?

Because there is a field on the online form that asks for your email address.  It will ask you to please enter the same email address you used when you were communicating with Tim from timsoceancondos@gmail.com or Tim from cancun3000@gmail.com.  If you aren’t sure which email you used, enter the email you think you used.  Then in the box for notes let me know that it may have been a different email, and put the other email address(es) it could have been in there. Once I know your email address, referencing any quote I would have provided you is a snap.

Is there a time limit an email quote is good for?

Yes, email quotes will be honored for a period of 60 days.  After that, please email me to ask about the quote.

Can we use more than one credit card for the deposit and or the balance?  Yes, you can.  If you need to do so, place the additional credit card information in the notes box.  This box allows for a virtually unlimited amount of text, so don’t be fooled by the size of the box.  If you do need use more than one card, don’t forget to include the full bill to address, the security code on the back, and how the name reads on the card.

How do I know my credit card information I enter into the online booking system is safe?  Right click in the body of the page then left click to view security information.  You’ll see the page is encrypted, so all the information you place on the form appears scrambled to any would be “bad guys”.

If I’m going off the rate chart, is there anything I need to add to the rates?

Yes, there is a one time $195 cleaning/laundering/processing fee that applies to any stay.  This is noted to the left of the rates on the rates and availability page.

Is there anything else that needs to be added?

No, nothing else.

In your email it says that the price is “all in” or “complete”, do I still have to add the $195 fee?

No, you do not.  All prices provided via email are given as a complete total with that fee included.

I would really prefer to send a check, how do I do that?

You make the check payable to:

Tim’s Ocean Condos

1716 Margaret Ct.

McHenry, IL 60051

If you send a check, please note that your dates cannot be held.  Because out of state checks can take up to two weeks to clear, and that’s after I receive the check.  If you want to know your dates are secure while the check is on the way, here is what you can do in 3 steps.

1) Send a money order or cashiers check, not a regular check.

2) Send the check via FedX or UPS so it has a tracking number.  When you send the check, please be sure to mark the box that says “no signature required”.  I’m not always here, so this is important.  Quick side-note: I don’t believe the post office will send something with a tracking number without requiring a signature on my end.  So please use FedX or UPS.

3)  After you have the package on it’s way, email me the tracking number.  At that point, your dates will be secure, and the calendar will be updated to show your reservation.  After the package arrives, you will receive your e-confirmation/receipt.  If you would like an e-confirmation/receipt at the time you provide the tracking number, just let me know and I will provide you an e-confirmation showing a 0 deposit.  Then another one when the check arrives. You do not have to send the package over-night, choosing the lowest cost option is fine.

Reservations FAQ’s:

How do I know FOR SURE the dates I’m booking are available?  Calendars are kept current.  To ensure availability for your dates, also check the Hold Screen for the condo you are booking.  Holds on dates are not uncommon.  You can view the Hold Screen for the condo you are booking by going to the condo you want and clicking on “Rates & Availability”.  The Hold Screen is to the right of the availability calendar for each condo.  To view the condo you are considering hover over the “Cancun Vacation Rentals” tab at the top of any page on the site.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, you must be 27 years of age or older to make a reservation, unless specified in writing via email that an exception has been made.

Do you have to book Saturday to Saturday only?  No, generally speaking you can arrive any day of the weak if you are booking a full weak.

If we decide to stay less than a week, is there a minimum number of nights we have to stay?  Yes, 3 nights is the minimum.

Are there any times of year that nightly rates and the 3 night minimum stay are not an option?

Yes, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weak, nightly rates are not available.  Bookings that include Memorial day weekend require a 5 night minimum.

What does Nightly Standard mean, and Nightly Prime?

Nightly standard is Monday-Thursday nights.  Nightly prime is Friday-Sunday nights.  Note:  If you happen to find dates that precisely fill in a gap in the availability calendar, you will receive the prorated weekly rate for the nights you book.  (Meaning, if you arrive the same day another group is scheduled to depart AND depart the same day another group is scheduled to arrive)

How do I know the online system is secure?

Yes.  The Online Form uses high grade encryption that cannot be viewed by another party. Additionally, the credit card information submitted remains in a password protected server.  The remaining information is emailed to you as part of your acknowledgment immediately after you submit your reservation.  To verify any pages security factors on the web, right click anywhere in the page and a menu will pop up.

What if we don’t know for sure yet who is coming?

If you do not yet have the final list of names and ages for your group, please insert those in your group who are confirmed to this point.  If there are more than 10 in your group, please note the remaining names and ages in the big box at the bottom of the form.  This box holds plenty of text.  You can also place any notes you like in this box.

What if we don’t have our flights booked yet?

It is not necessary to have your flight information at the time you book the condo.  You will be reminded via email to provide your flight information prior to your arrival to Cancun.

What can I expect to receive after I make the reservation?

You will receive an acknowledgment immediately after submitting your reservation.  You will also receive an e-confirmation/receipt the next business day after submitting your reservation.

How can the system know how much to charge my card ?

The system is not automated regarding charging your card.  It’s function is to make it easy for you to book while keeping your information safe.  The system alerts me via email that I have a reservation and I then charge your card after first referencing any email correspondence we may have had.

If the system isn’t automated, how do we get an acknowledgment right away?

The system is automated in this way.  I receive that same acknowledgement that you receive, which alerts me to go in and process your reservation.

How do I know how much the charge will be for?

Only the deposit portion of the rental will be charged to your card at this point, unless you are booking with 21 days or less before your arrival date.  The amount of the deposit is 20% of the total, or as indicated in any email correspondence, whichever is less.

How much will the total amount of the rental be?

The total amount of the rental is what is shown in the Rates & Availability for the property you are selecting, or what was quoted to you via email, whichever is less.  NOTE 1: When referring to the online rates, all that you need to add to the rates to arrive at your complete total is a one time cleaning/laundering/processing fee of $195.  This fee covers costs associated with processing and also clean up & laundering after your departure.  NOTHING ELSE needs to be added to the rates shown online to arrive at your complete total.  NOTE 2: If your pricing came by email, the $195 fee was already included in the total price you received.

What if I am booking last minute?

If you are booking with 21 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of the rental will be charged to your card.

What is the name I can expect to see on my credit card statement for the charge?

The name on the charge to your card will show "Tims Direct Ocean Condos".

When is the balance due charged?

For reservations made well in advance, balances are charged 60 days prior to arrival to the same card used for the deposit, unless your booking includes Christmas or New Years in which case the balance is charged 90 days prior to arrival.

For bookings OTHER THAN Christmas and New Years:  If your reservation is made more than 21 days prior to arrival, but less than 60 days before arrival, the balance is charged to the same card used for the deposit 1 week after you receive your first e-confirmation/receipt.

For bookings that include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years day:  If your reservation is made more than 21 days prior to arrival, but less than 90 days before arrival, the balance is charged to the same card used for the deposit 1 week after you receive your first e-confirmation/receipt.

How do I get the keys to the condo?

When the balance is processed, your last and final e-confirmation/receipt will arrive to you.  Your confirmation showing payment in full will contain all the information you need for your vacation stay, including how to get keys, our managers cell number, and many other helpful details.

What if someone besides me is paying the deposit, or the balance?

If the name on the card is not the same as the name on the reservation, it must be one of the names shown on the reservation, unless otherwise specified in writing via email.

Can we use more than one credit card?

If it is necessary for you to use more than one card for the deposit and or the balance due, this is acceptable.  Please put the additional card holder(s) information details in the box at the bottom of the form.  Please do not forget that the full bill to address is required, along with exactly how the name reads on the card and the 3 digit security code located on the back of the card.  Also please indicate how much to place on each card.

What if we might want some of the In House Special Services, but we aren’t sure yet?

If you have interest in any of the In House Special Services, you would book those after you first book the condo. You will need your confirmation number that is noted on your e-confirmation in order to book any of the In House Special Services.

Where do I find these In House Special Services?

Hover over the Main Menu tab at the top of the page, then click on “Tim’s Picks & Tips”.  Then click on “In House Special Services.

How do we pay for these In House Special Services?

You pay in cash only please, after you arrive to Cancun.  You would pay the service provider directly, or as our manager in Cancun instructs.  My managers information is noted on your e-confirmation.

How do we book the In House Special Services?

If you want to book any of the additional In House Special Services I offer, you would want to do that at some point after first booking the condo.  The reason is that a lot of people ask me about these services even if they aren’t staying with us. I tried accommodating people in this regard, even if they weren’t staying with us, especially if it was because our units were already booked up.  But it got to be too much. If you want to book the additional services, you’ll find the link on the “Tim’s Picks & Tips” page.

Notes: Any pertinent details you type into the notes box will also be shown on your confirmation.  They will not be shown on your acknowledgment.  The reason is in case you need to provide additional credit card info in that box the info will remain in the secure server.

How do we get to our hotel from the airport?

I do not provide airport transfers. To get the best pricing I have found for a transfer, go to www.cancun-transfers.net However, it is best to wait for your confirmation first.  A password will be shown on your confirmation that will save you some extra money on your transfer. You can book your transfer online.

Is there anything else we should know before we book?

Yes.  I ask that you view all of the pictures and read over all the information on the web site that is relevant to the condo you are selecting and the resort you are selecting.  www.resortcondoscancun.com

This would include all of the information located under the “Main Menu” except the resort you will NOT be staying at and all sections within “General Information”.  And lastly all found within the black Photo Gallery of whichever condo you clicked on and are choosing to book.

Which do you prefer we do, call you to book or go online?

Whichever you prefer is what’s most important to me.  If it makes no difference to you, then booking online is easier on my end.

Anything else?

Yes.  Your input.  I value your input & feedback.  I encourage you to email me after you return from your trip.  Many improvements have been made for others as a result of guests taking the time to email their sincere thoughts and suggestions about the property they stayed in.

Thanks for taking the time to read up on the information.
