Families with small children:  

All vacation rentals are equipped with a high chair, stroller, and padded play pen.  Cribs are available upon request.

Drinks & Snacks by the Beach & Pool:  All vacation rentals are equipped with a cooler on wheels. Beach Paradise will allow you to have these coolers down by the pool or beach.  Please use plastic cups only, no glass for this purpose.   You will find plastic glasses in all the units.  

Other Notes:  

Each Penthouse in Tower C is located on the same floor of the tower.  There are only 4 condos on the top floor of this tower.  In other words, if you rent 1 unit, you have only 3 other neighbors on that floor.  As an example, if you were to rent Penthouse #371, #372, & #3730 you would have ¾ of the top of the tower (¾ of both the 7th & 8th floors).   

*  The access point for Penthouse #2000 is on the same floor (7th) as Penthouse #2701.  To get to Penthouse #2000, you take the public elevator to the 7th floor, then get on the #2000 private elevator.  

*  Penthouse #2000 is the only vacation rental on the roof, there are no neighbors.  There are 2 private pools, 1 is on the main level and is heated.  The other is a splash pool for cooling off and is not heated and is located on the upper deck.  Although only a 2 bedroom penthouse, the spaciousness of the upper deck is considerable.  Often people have rented #2000 & #2701 as a combination to allow plenty of sleeping quarters while the group can together enjoy the #2000 upper deck area.

Penthouse #1877 is currently the only condo I have available for rent in Tower B.

All Inclusive Option:  Beach Paradise is an all-inclusive resort.  Resort Condos Cancun has reached a nice agreement with Beach Paradise to allow for our guests staying at one of the penthouses to access the all-inclusive feature.  Each day the all-inclusive is optional.  The cost is $35 per day per adult. Children 7-12 are ½ off, kids 6 & under are free.  For more information hover your mouse over the Main Menu (located top left of any page on this site) and click on All Inclusive Option.

I have found an ever increasing number of people enjoy vacationing together with extended family & friends.  Often times people have been renting 2 or more large condos that are close to one another.  So I put this page together in hopes of simplifying things.  

On the same floor: #371, #372, #3730

In the same tower: #2000, #2701 (Note: to get to #2000 you exit the public elevator on floor 7-top floor, then take the #2000 private elevator the rest of the way.  #2701 is located on floor 7-top floor.  In essence the front door to these 2 condos is on the same floor making this another very attractive combo.

Also in the same tower: #3000, #371, #372, #3730 (#371, #372, & #3730 are on the same floor of the same tower)

Helpful Notes:

Far Right - Tower C:  Penthouse #371, #372, #3730 are on the same floor of the same tower, which is the 7th floor.  It’s the top floor of the tower, which is why all of these are penthouses by definition.  All three are 2 story corner units with phenomenal views. Technically speaking, each tower is 7-8 floors. After you take the elevator to highest floor available (7th) you exit and walk a few steps to the front door of the condo.  Inside each unit, upstairs is the 8th floor of the tower. Just 4 penthouse condos comprise the entire 7th and 8th floors of the tower.   

Middle - Tower A:  Penthouse #2701 & #2000 are both accessed from the same floor of the same tower.  This is once again, the top floor, or 7th floor.  The reason Penthouse #2000 appears to be on a higher floor is because it is. The front door for Penthouse #2000 is a private elevator.  The private elevator is accessed by first taking the public elevator to the top floor (7th floor).  

Like the other 4BR condos in Tower C, #2701 is also a 2 story corner unit. You may have noticed that #2701 is 250 sq. ft larger than the others. This is because the footprint of the center tower is a little bigger than the other two towers.  If you look closely, you can tell by the picture of the two towers.
